Graduating E-Safety school

As we near the end of term, class Thistle have graduated E-Safety school! We have learned what personal information is and why it is so important to keep it, and passwords, private. Also, we have discovered that not everyone online is who they say they are and we have explored ways we can report anything we are uncomfortable or unsure about. As a creative way to show all our learning, we have use the TypeDrawing app to create self-portraits using the information we are allowed to share online. Let us know what you think...

E-Safety rules

This week in class Thistle, we have created a set of rules that explain how to keep ourselves safe online. To share these rules with you we selected Microsoft Word from a list of programs. We typed our rules into Word and formatted the text, used number bullets and added in clip art to interest our readers.

What information can we share?

Today in Class Thistle we have been learning to be safe on the internet. We have been deciding what information we can and can't share online.
We had already made masks to cover our faces online (avatars) we then acted as people playing games on the internet and sorted questions into those we can answer and those we can't. We know we will not share personal information online but we can share things like our favourite colours. Enjoy the videos!
