Spring 1 week 4

This week, we continued with our PowerPoint presentations.  We learned how to retrieve saved work, and how to format the background and apply to all slides.  We also learned how to change the layout of each slide.

Spring 1 Week 3

This week, we began to use Microsoft PowerPoint.  We learned what the purpose of PowerPoint is, and started to explore how it can be used.  We started to make a presentation about e-safety.  We got as far as page one, but we learned how to format the background, how to apply this to all slides, and how to save it . 

Spring 1 week 2

This week, we used Microsoft Word to present our text.  We learned that you need one space after a comma and two spaces after a full stop. We also learned how to make our text look professional using only one font type when writing. 

Spring 1 week 1

In computing, we are learning how to use different software packages to create and organise digital content. We have used Publisher to make cards for New Year. We changed the font and manipulated the pictures so that they became personal to us.  

Using computing in maths.
